When building your own home or taking on a major renovation project we truly believe that knowledge is power. The internet, social media and magazines are all fantastic sources of information however, nothing beats talking to the experts direct. That’s why we’ll be at the Homebuilding and Renovating show at the Birmingham NEC on 23 – 26 March 2017.
The HB&R show is the biggest homebuilding and renovating event in the UK and no matter what stage your project is at, there will be experts and exhibitors on hand to help bring your project to life. In particular, the British Gypsum team will be looking to help those interested in the different building structures and lining solutions available.
Not only will our team of experts be able share their knowledge on plastering, plasterboard and drylining, they will be able to provide advice and guidance on those slightly trickier issues. Perhaps you are looking to tackle the noise levels within your home? Or wondering which wall lining solution would best complement a timber frame self build? Whatever the question, we will be happy to talk through your issue and provide advice on our innovative range of solutions designed to increase the flexibility of your home and meet the needs of modern living.
Plus you can come and interact with our magnetic walls and super-strength plasterboard, Gyproc Habito, to see how you can use them in your new project. And if all that wasn’t enough we’ll be running a masterclass on “Sound insulation design for self builders, and solving noise problems in existing homes” on Saturday 25th at 11am presented by our Residential Market Manager Sarah White, who has over 15 years industry experience and is a trained acoustician.
